Roger Dale Koenig, 47, of Stuttgart was transported to the Arkansas County Detention Center where he was booked for Theft by Receiving and Fleeing, according to Sheriff Todd Wright, Tuesday after he was found in possession of a stolen Polaris Ranger. Deward Burrows, 35, and Alyssa Dawn Tucker, both of St. Charles were arrested and charged with felony theft of property.
